Linx recently helped General Vision Services, the largest third party provider of vision plans in the northeast, implement a rating system in order to help users pick the top rated stores based on performance.
GVS contacted Linx about adding a rating system to their website to help their customers better source stores based on the approval rating by previous customer experiences. The rating system would be based on surveys submitted through their various locations, based on customer’s individual opinions of the stores performance.
After each survey is filled out, the store submits the information through a custom portal, with which Linx was able to set up a direct correlation to the survey answers and the stores rating score, which in turn appears as a star rating for customers to consider when researching a new vision care provider.
