Linx created a trade show strategy for VJ Group’s booth at the WCNDT 2016 show in Germany, complete with a booth layout and design, marketing collateral, 3D visual displays, as well as a full online program with email communications and landing pages with forms to capture customer data.
As the WCNDT 2016 show approached, Linx sat down with the VJ Group team to create a trade show strategy and outline all the details and materials needed for before, during and after the show. Two divisions of the VJ Group, VJ Technologies and VJ X-Ray, planned on attending the show and we made sure to layout the booth floor plan accordingly so that each had it’s own display areas that highlighted the necessary information, messaging and products. Part of the trade show strategy included a product launch for two new CT products that VJ Technologies would be displaying at the show.
The Strategy: Linx created branded graphics with core messaging for all the materials within the booth, including a backdrop, product-specific roll up banners, informational and promotional handouts, and a hologram system to draw attendees into the booth. We also created online outreach programs for pre-show and post-show communications that were sent out to attendees, including emails and landing pages with forms to capture lead data for future nurturing.
The Result: The hologram system was a big hit, drawing tons of attendees into the VJ Group booth. Also, the product launches were well received by attendees, generating several order inquiries right there at the show.
